Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree with a major in Manufacturing from Cape Breton University, and an Industrial Engineering Technology diploma from NSCC. He also holds a Black Belt in LEAN Six Sigma and the distinction of being a Certified Engineering Technologist.
