SSI is growing and has a need to expand our team of Lean Six Sigma Consultants. As an SSI Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing a client’s current state, designing a solution that meets their specific requirements, lead the implementation of the solution across the client’s organization while mentoring the client’s staff.

A willingness to put the time and effort in to ensure client success is part of the SSI culture, and therefore has a significant impact on how our consultants deliver in their role. Consultants work with a high level of independence, and their geographic location is highly flexible.

Compensation structure is primarily performance based, with attractive compensation levels achievable with reasonable levels of success.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in progressive management roles in the public or private sectors
  • Strong relationship builder, both with the internal SSI team, as well as with current and prospective clients
  • Significant senior-level expertise in Lean Operations/Six Sigma, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Self motivation and ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Oral and written fluency in both English and French would be considered an asset
  • Travel within Atlantic Canada will be required
