Our senior management team recently worked with SSI Consultant, Ann Vermette, on some teambuilding using the Prevue profiles as the basis for one on one coaching followed by a team development workshop.  It was very interesting and informative using the profiles and sharing with the team our own most dominant communication style, and better understanding their most dominant communication style.  The response from our team was very positive and we welcomed Ann’s input and coaching style.  We hope to get the opportunity to work with her again in the future.  Thanks, SSI, and thank you, Ann!

Back in March 2019, we were in need of a HR Consultant on my team for a temporary mandate in our Moncton office to support our Atlantic Canadian operations while we recruited for a permanent person. Ann came in and was quickly able to meet with key senior players in our operations team to understand our business and the needs of their respective areas.

Knowing Ann’s professional background came as such a huge relief to me being located in Toronto and knowing she would be supporting one of the teams I am responsible for at a distance. We were looking for some training on conflict management for all of our staff to attend, from the CAO and Directors through to our unionised operator/labourers.  After discussion with Don and John we came up with 2-hour Learning Sessions for 15 employees per session, 3 sessions in one day.  We were not disappointed!  John brought more than just the theory. He engaged us all in discussion so that we could also learn from each other.  Having such an experienced, yet ‘down to earth’ facilitator handle the group was key and the response from across the organization was really positive and will enable us to build on this training in the future.  One of our supervisors was so impressed, he attended the same session twice to make sure he hadn’t missed anything!
