Ann is a Senior Human Resources Consultant who has worked in the field for the past 20 years. Her passion is providing HR solutions to help companies meet their strategic goals through their people. Ann enjoys working with a variety of organizations in the early stages of transition. Specializing in a variety of areas including recruitment and selection, orientation, performance management, employee relations, labor relations, disability management, health and safety, labor law compliance and policy development, as well as her expertise in training and development.
Ann holds a degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University and Human Resources Management Diploma (Honors) from NSCC. She has held her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation since 2002. Ann also obtained her Masters in Counselling Psychology which has enhanced her coaching skills with leaders, so they can become invaluable assets to their organization.
Ann started her career in her roots of Halifax, NS, venturing to Toronto, ON and returning to Moncton, NB where she currently resides with her family. She has worked in an array of business settings from entrepreneur, family-owned businesses to international global organizations including both unionized and non-unionized setting.
Her variety of experience in business began with the Nova Scotia Community College as an HR Specialist and trainer, supporting business along the way as a Consultant, Advisor and Manager. Her experience brought her to industries such as transportation, manufacturing, insurance, automobile and retail.
Ann is known to tackle any people related challenges utilizing her knowledge, passion and resources until the issue is resolved.
