Currently our client in Halifax, NS  is hiring for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), full-time /days /permanent!

Our client specializes in vehicle chip repairs and windshield replacements.  The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a key member of our client’s team of 7-8 staff and is the face to the company when first meeting or talking to the customers.

Exemplifying in our client’s code of values, you will show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.  You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and able to manage your time.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in previous CSR role required.
  • Familiarity and interest with vehicles a must.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Must be customer driven, multi-tasker & organized.
  • Intermediate level computer skills.
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face customer service skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
